Booking Policy
This Booking Policy establishes the terms and conditions for renting from Verity Photo Booth. By making a reservation and paying the required deposit, the client agrees to the terms outlined below. A booking is confirmed once a reservation is made online and the $100 non-refundable deposit is paid. Rental rates and fee’s are as follows: $100 per hour, $150 for 100 prints, $150 travel/set up fee, $50 outdoor canopy rental, and $50 early start fee for set up requests before 7am. The deposit paid is applied to the final balance owed. The balance must be paid in full through the online invoice 1 week before the event date. If the balance is not paid in full by the specified due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in the Client being responsible for 50% of the total balance owed. A credit/debit card must be kept on file at booking and will only be charged in the result of a cancellation outside of the cancellation window. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@verityphotobooth.com. If the Company cancels the booking for reasons other than non-payment, the Client will receive a full refund. Any changes to the booking ie: event date, time, or location must be requested via email at info@verityphotobooth.com. Changes are subject to availability. Set up will begin 30minutes before the booked time. The company guarantees a functional photo booth for the rental period. In the event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, the Company will refund the rental fee impacted or reschedule services based on mutual agreement. The Company is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, or power outages. The client is responsible for providing a 10x10ft space, electrical power source and Wi-Fi if necessary. The Client is responsible for any damages to the photo booth or equipment caused by event guests. The Company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages during the use of the photo booth. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising from the use of the photo booth. The Company reserves the right to use event photos for marketing and promotional purposes. Digital photos provided by the Company may not be sold or used commercially.
